TCG provides recruitment services including Dedicated Recruiter Packages, Permanent Placement Services, A La Carte options, and upcoming services for candidates. All services are defined by tier and scope on our pricing page and formalized in signed agreements. The final contract between TCG and the Client supersedes the terms on this page in the event of a conflict.
Monthly Packages: Net 10 from invoice. ACH preferred. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Permanent Placements: Net 30 from candidate offer acceptance.
Retained Executive Search: One-third due before kickoff, one-third when interviews begin, one-third upon offer acceptance. Fees are non-refundable and tied to progress milestones.
Add-On Roles: Month-to-month. Cancel or modify with 30 days’ written notice.
$300 (duplicate role)
$900 (new mid-to-senior role)
$1,500 (technical role)
$2,000 (executive role)
Provide candidate/interview feedback within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Keep TCG copied on all candidate communication until the candidate’s start date.
Notify TCG promptly of any changes to hiring plans or internal role needs.
All client and candidate information is confidential. TCG does not sell or share data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver services. We maintain internal protocols to protect shared documents and personal information.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The final signed agreement with the Client supersedes the information on this page.
